A calm, clear approach
We begin by creating a calm, welcoming space. Dan explains the experience, answers your questions and invites you to choose a simple personal intention.
You will be guided to drink ceremonial-grade cacao slowly, with space to notice your senses, thoughts and feelings without pressure or expectation.
Gentle reflection helps you listen to what is present and carry any clarity, calm or intention back into everyday life.
Please tell Dan before booking if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, take antidepressants or other medication, or have concerns about consuming cacao. Ceremonies are not a replacement for medical or mental-health care.
